PROJECT COORDINATION MEETING NO. 4

4th Coordination Meeting of CBHE Erasmus + TACEESM project (Transforming Architectural and Civil Engineering Education towards a Sustainable Model) was hosted by the grand applicant Institution, Università degli Studi "G. d'Annunzio" Chieti-Pescara.

The event was organized from May 3th to 6th 2022 in Pescara (Ud'A), Italy. This was the second project coordination meeting organized on-site in hybrid form held after eighteen months of the project implementation.

It was used as an opportunity for the partners - SC members, to discuss project results, upcoming deadlines and obstacles in project implementation, as well as plan activities for the following period of project implementation. One of the topics presented during the meeting was about the upcoming interim report (M21) and necessary administrative procedures. Presentation was given by the Ud'A administrative officer.

During the SC meeting TACEESM manager team illustrated all details about new activities suggested (Malaga Summer School in July 2022 and Webinars), termination of 4 partners from Belarus and implications on project dynamics, needed reorganization of activities and project budget.

At the end of the three days of meeting is concluded that TACEESM team is moving forward with the implementation, following deadlines set by initial project application but there is need to enforce additionally mutual trust and cooperation in order to mitigate possible risks imposed by pandemia (working more than one year under difficult circumstances ) and termination of partners from Belarus.
