Workshop at International Burch University in Sarajevo

First visit to Sarajevo, since the beginning of the project implementation, was arranged during a Dissemination Event organized by International Burch University, from Jun 7th to June 11th.
Opening day of the Event was used for introducing the partners to the local context, facultative visits followed by welcoming session by IBU top management, Rector Prof. Dr. Mersid Poturak, Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Jasmin Kevric, as well as Head of Department of Architecture, Assist. Prof. Dr. Adnan Novalic. This was an opportunity for project partners to meet other team members from the Department of Architecture at IBU, but also colleagues from administration who are supporting project activities.
This visit was utilized to update team members about the preparation and content of the ONLINE platform, which is one of the most significant dissemination and sustainability tools. We ended the first day of the event with participation at IBU Demo Day, an event that brings together all Burch incubator startups and partners from the industry, allowing project members to establish connections and present the project to the market representatives.
The second day was used for visit to Dzemal Bijedic University, while the final day started with the recording of the first TACEESM podcast series, at IBU podcast studio. Project coordinator Prof. Dr. Lorenzo Pignatti, spoke about the project, collaboration, major milestones, and the upcoming project activities. Prof. Javier Castellano discussed the concept of sustainability from cultural perspective, and the upcoming Summer School in Malaga, while Sarhat Patrosyan talked about reinventing architecture as profession.
Finally, a brainstorming session, for ideas directed towards dissemination activities was conducted, with great suggestions made, aiming to increase project visibility in creative and useful ways.
